8 day Juice Feast
Posted in Healing Foods on 11/29/2009 04:30 pm by mamamiaI am doing a 8 day juice feast. Starting today I will drink goji water and water with lemon.
Here is a menu of what I will be drinking throughout the week.
It is important to be organized while doing a juice fast. I have printed out my menu and I will hang it in the kitchen. When I wake up each day I will juice for the day and store them in glass mason jars. I work a 42 hour week and I go to school 2 nights a week. I am also a wife and mother. Being Organized is the key for me in staying raw and when I do a juice feast. Having your menu set and posted takes the thinking out of it. It becomes effortless so you can truly enjoy the beauty and healing this lifestyle brings.

There is not much to state except the following universal truth: Power Corrupts, Absolute power is kind of neat. I will be back.
