Happy New Year

As we bring in the New Year I am sending love, peace and gratitude to everyone. This is going to be an exciting year! One of the great advantages of the New Year are the new experiences that await us with open arms. This New Year day I am doing a 10k and going out to the movies with my two best friends. I decided I wanted the beginning of the New Year to be about loving myself. I also plan on making my Abundance Board. This is a collage of what I will manifest in the coming year. You can make one too! Just grab some old magazines or print some key words off your computer and glue some pictures onto your poster board or journal. Create a picture of how you want your life to be in the year 2010. You will be amazed at how creating what you want in the world, visualizing it, affirming it will make it a reality.
On that note I know some of you are really trying to stay raw, learn about being raw and need some support. My dear friend Penni has started up this amazing virtual wellness retreat named “Raw Food Rehab”. This is a great place if you are looking for support, recipes and meeting like-minded people. You are going to love Penni, she is a woman with a great attitude about life, she is fun, supportive and wants everyone to be healthy and have a joyful life. She is a gift to the raw food community. You can find me there too!

One of the things I am visualizing this year is posting more blogs to you. I am working on my Nutrition Certification and will be graduating in July. During this time I will be posting weekly blogs and more recipes. If there is something you would like to hear about regarding health and raw foods please let me know. I welcome your feedback and hope to continue offering you my perspective on living a raw food lifestyle.

Happy New Year everyone!
